Extended care will be billed monthly for the
hours used. It is calculated in 1/4-hour increments.
Those using Extended care must pre-pay the deposit,
this will be returned on departure from the school.
Tuition is due on the first of each
month, beginning September 2009 through May 2010.
A late fee of $35.00 will be added if tuition is
received after the 5th of the month. There will be a
$20.00 fee charged for returned checks.
Extended care must be booked in advance, for staffing
purposes, and any child picked up after 5.45pm will
be charged for full 1/2 hour.
A $7 late fee, per occurrence, will be charged when
children are picked up after 5.45pm and $1.00/min
after 6pm
